The Project

We are constructing a 4 storey building with two attic levels. On the ground floor is the reception, coffee shop, three shops and a car lift to lower ground level parking lot.

Second, third, fourth and fifth floors are identical and comprise of six studios, three one bedroom apartments (2 apartments on the fifth floor). We have provided for studios for people with limited abilities on each floor. On the attic level there are 2 studios, 1 two bedroom apartment and a duplex with roof terrace. We have provided for combining of two, three or more apartments, depending on the wish of the clients.

Kiana Residence is located in the central part of the historic city center, in immediate proximity of the growing new art scene of the capital and the established cultural landmarks, close to shopping areas, renovated Zhenski Pazar and the administrative buildings.
